Service Areas

We currently deliver across Bangalore city limits and to the rest of India.

Orders placed outside Bangalore will be fulfilled only after confirming that the destination pin code is serviceable by our logistics partners.

Delivery Methods

Bangalore Deliveries

Butter Deliverable only in Bengaluru.

If butter is ordered along with other products, the order may be delivered through Porter or Rapido partners depending on the location and availability.

Apart from butter all other products will be delivered through courier partners across Bengaluru and Rest of India.

Rest of India Deliveries

Orders outside Bangalore are shipped through courier and logistics partners only if the destination pincode is serviceable within our existing delivery network.

Delivery Timeframes

Same-Day Delivery – Bangalore

Most Bangalore orders are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to order cut-off timings, product availability, weather conditions, and delivery partner availability.

1–2 Day Delivery – Bangalore

In certain situations such as weekends, festive seasons, heavy rainfall, or high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 2 days from the date of order placement.

3–5 Day Delivery – Rest of India

Orders shipped outside Bangalore are generally delivered within 3–5 business days. In some cases, delays may occur due to courier partner limitations, remote locations, weather conditions, or operational issues.

  • Orders are processed promptly after successful payment confirmation.
  • Customers will receive shipping confirmation and estimated delivery details once the order is dispatched.
  • Standard delivery timings are between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics operations and external conditions.
