Ingredients

Rice, Millets, Lentils (Chana Dal, Toor Dal, Urad Dal), Red Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida, Salt

Preparation Method

1. Mix the Navathanya Adai Mix with water to form a thick batter
2. Let it rest for 15–20 minutes
3. Spread the batter thickly on a hot tawa
4. Drizzle oil and cook on both sides until golden
5. Serve hot
