Ingredients:
Coriander seeds, Red chilies, Toor dal, Black pepper, Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Asafoetida, Curry leaves, Turmeric.

How to Use:
Add one to two teaspoons of Nirmalyam Iyengar Rasam Powder to tamarind water with salt, curry leaves, and cooked toor dal. Boil for a few minutes and finish with a tempering of mustard seeds in ghee for the perfect traditional rasam.

Storage and Shelf Life:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
