Ingredients

Samai (Little Millet), Moong Dal, Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Salt

Preparation Method

1. Add 1 cup of Pongal Mix to 3–4 cups of water
2. Cook in a pressure cooker or pan until soft and mushy
3. Add ghee as desired and mix well
4. Serve hot
